カナダからの留学生の美和さんとアメリカからのジャスミンさんは、家庭料理のBeef & Broccoli stir-fryとデザートは欧米にとても人気があるパーナッツバターのクッキーを作りました。どちらもソーグッドでした。本校では留学生に日本文化を教えていますが,今回は留学生に母国の料理を教えてもらいました。

二人とも留学生活もあとわずかとなりましたが，最後まで有意義に過ごしてほしいと願っています。

Our exchange students, Miwa from Canada and Jasmine from America did some home cooking today. Jasmine shared her mom’s Beef & Broccoli Stir-fry recipe, and Miwa made Peanut Butter cookies for dessert. Both were SO GOOD!

At Seiwa, we have our exchange students learn Japanese culture weekly, but today we got them to teach us about their home countries through food.

Both Jasmine and Miwa only have a few days left here of their exchange program, so we hope they enjoy the rest of their Seiwa life.
